As a Director of Revolution Personal Training Studios Holborn, Joe possesses a vast amount of knowledge and experience which has helped hundreds of clients to transform their bodies. Originally working as a Lead Trainer at Revolution Angel, Joe has established himself as one of the busiest and most highly-regarded personal trainers in London.

Joe is a current international athlete, representing and captaining England in the sport of korfball, participating in World Championships as far afield as Colombia and China. His sporting background also includes representing Kent and Saracens Academy at rugby, as well as playing tennis to a high standard. An avid fitness enthusiast since the age of 15, it is unlikely that you will find a trainer who ‘practices what he preaches’ more than Joe. Constantly researching the latest findings in the industry, Joe has considerable knowledge in areas including muscle gain, weight loss and fitness enhancement. With an ever-present smile and friendly persona, Joe works closely and strategically with all clients to achieve outstanding results.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry Will has made a name for himself in the fitness world. After training to become an instructor at Les Mills New Zealand, Will moved back to the UK in 2009, and joined the Revolution studio in Angel. He soon established himself as one of the top 12 week transformation specialists in London through achieving life-changing results with dozens of clients.

After 7 years of hard work and friendship, Will was offered the opportunity to become Director and Co-owner of Revolution City, a challenge he jumped at. His natural charm and people skills have made him popular with both colleagues and clients alike. These skills have brought him to current day where he still loves the challenge of transforming people’s lives alongside managing an amazing team in a state-of-the-art PT studio.

As one of the three Revolution directors who set up the business in 2005, John has brought an energy and passion to personal training which is truly inspiring. As a school boy, John was a talented footballer and represented both Sussex and Nottingham Forest FC. After leaving school, he found himself drawn to the world of body building and became fascinated at how dramatic changes to the body could be achieved through hard work and dedication. Inspired by learning about training and nutrition through body building, John decided to become a trainer himself and pass on his knowledge to other people.

Shortly after Revolution was established, John discovered a passion for boxing and he soon found it was something at which he excelled. In his very first bout for Hove ABC, John won with a knockout and was also awarded ‘best boxer of the night’ and ‘bout of the night’ by former world champion Alan Minter. By drawing on these past achievements as a footballer, body builder and boxer, John has become one of the best 12 week transformation specialists in London. John is a larger than life character who always has a smile on his face, and the results he has achieved with clients in his 10 years as a personal trainer truly speak for themselves.

With many years experience as a leading personal trainer, Alex is the director at Revolution Personal Training Studio Holborn. His wealth of knowledge on how the body functions, expertise in nutrition – and not to forget, charisma – has resulted in incredible results for his clients, including three you may have spotted on posters across London. Alex specialises in fat loss and muscle gain, using the most effective forms of exercise, and prides himself in the thousands of hours he has dedicated towards his clients’ individual needs.

Alex is a keen footballer, having competed at high club level before turning his genuine passion for fitness into a career as Lead Trainer at Revolution’s Angel studio. He has now established himself as one of the best personal trainers in London, continuously motivating others to become fitter and stronger versions of themselves. After more than 10 years’ experience as a personal trainer, Rob has now become one of the leading experts in the fitness industry and regularly writes for top publications such as Men’s Fitness magazine. Shortly after leaving school, Rob had a three year professional football contract with Nottingham Forest FC. He then spent a few years in Australia where he qualified as personal trainer and was mentored by one of the world’s leading health and fitness lecturers, Gavin Aquilina.

Along with his brother John and friend Giuseppe, Rob set up Revolution back in 2005. Since Revolution’s inception, Rob has always led by example and has fought in two white collar boxing bouts, ran the London Marathon, ran two Brighton halfmarathons and most recently lived our brand by appearing on the Revolution billboard poster with his own 12 week transformation. Rob continues to push the company forward with his stated aim to make Revolution the best 12 week transformation specialists in London.

Ollie has a background of sporting excellence, having represented Middlesex at both tennis and football.

After earning a degree in sports science from Brunel University, Ollie took the natural step to become a personal trainer. Drawing on his extensive theoretical and practical experience, Ollie has established himself as a leader in the industry in both weight loss and corrective exercise.

He continues to push himself with new challenges, most recently when competing in a white collar boxing event with 600 spectators.

Training with Ollie is not just a physical experience; it’s also an educational one, as he will help you to understand how your body can perform at its peak.

Steve’s friendly and welcoming nature puts his clients immediately at ease. He really cares about all of his clients, working hard to help them achieve all of their health and fitness goals.

As an experienced individual within the fitness industry, I take pride in having a positive impact on peoples lives, offering my undivided help and support throughout their fitness journey. Specialising in fat loss, muscle gain and most importantly, fun sessions! Whilst also achieving a BSC in sports therapy, I had the opportunity to have hands on experience dealing with a variety of different clients. During this time, I gained valuable knowledge in sports massage, exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning as well as, specialist exercises for medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity and heart conditions.  Having emerged on the other side and experienced first hand the positive impact exercise has had on my mental health, I now want to use my skills and knowledge to help others understand that they too have the right to not only feel good but also educate them on how to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Danny found his true passion for health and fitness after taking the bold step to move to New Zealand in 2011. Soon after relocating, Danny started to train with weights and this – combined with his previous study in nutrition – led to him seeing amazingly positive effects on both his physique and his mindset. This inspired Danny to pursue a career within the fitness industry, to help and inspire others to change their own bodies.

After returning from overseas, Danny has been personal training in London since 2013.

Danny strives to make each and every session a fun yet challenging experience. His philosophy is ‘you’re not only doing it for the body, but you are also doing it for the mind’.

Loukas has always had a huge passion for sports and coaching, so after leaving school he qualified as a BASI Level 2 snowboard instructor. He lived and worked in Switzerland for four years, and during this time he earned further coaching qualifications as a BSA Level 1 surf coach and LTA Level 2 tennis coach.

After returning from Switzerland in 2015, Loukas decided to become a personal trainer and with his previous experience in coaching he quickly excelled. Loukas’s specialty in HIIT training and functional fitness will ensure you achieve the results you came for, while enjoying every minute of your training.

Hannah is a former professional dancer, with a passion for health and fitness. Having performed since a young age in dance and acrobatics, Hannah decided to pursue this as a career after completing a three-year diploma in Musical theatre. She then spent the following years performing in theatres around the world and events in the UK.

Hannah’s understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle began over her years of performing and she has developed a passion for helping others to achieve success in this area ever since. Alongside supporting clients with their fitness and nutrition goals, she is also able to work with Pre and Postnatal clients.

Hannah brings her passion for fitness to each personal training session and supports clients in every aspect of their journey with personalised programmes and nutritional support.

Hanna Greatrex

Neil has a background in international sport, representing both Northern Ireland and Ireland as a high jumper. He won 8 caps and at one point held the Junior Irish record with a jump of 2 metres and 10 cm. Whilst studying at university, Neil discovered a passion for weight training and quickly achieved success – he finished in the top 10 of the Men’s Health cover model competition, beating thousands of competitors. This inspired Neil to become a personal trainer and help others achieve their goals. Neil’s strengths as a trainer include weight loss and muscle gain, which is complemented by his extensive nutritional knowledge.

Neil’s planning of his personal training sessions is meticulous, and hiscontinuous research and use of a wide variety of exercises keeps training sessions interesting and challenging for his clients.

Whilst studying at college, Ross discovered a passion for weight training and achieved amazing results from training in a gym, which then developed into a passion for helping others achieve the same. This was further cemented during his time at Oxford Brookes University, where his knowledge of training broadened alongside his studying of real estate.

From experience working in the surveying industry, Ross developed meticulous planning skills which now ensure he has a high level of attention to detail in his sessions. Combining this with a friendly and engaging manner, he is able to ensure his clients work hard, train smart and have fun.

Ross’ strengths as a trainer focus on weight loss and muscle gain, and a nutrition qualification he completed to advise clients on healthy eating further compliments these strengths.

Ross’ enthusiasm for sport and his wide range of experience in the fitness industry means that he is now a personal trainer who is in high demand.

A former professional dancer, Hanna has both a sporting and a theatrical background. Having represented Brighton in County level swimming throughout her teenage years, Hanna was later awarded a funded place to train at the London Studio Centre, one of London’s most prestigious dance schools. She graduated with a BA Honours in dance performance. Amongst her dance credits, Hanna was a proud cast member of the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.

Throughout her dance career, Hanna understood the importance of strength and conditioning training within a gym environment to enhance your lifestyle, no matter what your background. It was during this time that her passion for health and fitness grew.

Hanna brings her love of training to every personal training session, supporting each client with tailored training programmes and nutritional support.

Aaron has a background in international level sport, representing both England and Scotland in Rugby Union, and competing in the Under 19’s Rugby World Cup. He has an interest in various sports, and since becoming a seniorpersonal trainer at Revolution, he has participated in a range ofcompetitive sports, from white collar boxing to running a marathon (which he completed in an impressive 3 hours and 21 minutes) and the ‘Tough Guy’ event.

A sport and exercise science degree graduate, Aaron has been part of the Revolution team since 2007 and he loves the challenge that comes from working with our varied client base.

"I Played football from the age of 10 going into Crawley Town Women’s team and started karate from the age of 6 eventually getting to 2nd dan black belt.

I Always been a sporty individual and enjoyed the competitive side and being able to see myself improving and going up in the ranks for karate especially and getting selected for better teams in football.

After stopping both sports felt a bit lost and fell into bad eating/social habits, Fell into the trap of fad diets and skinny teas and ended up affecting physical and mental health, seeing no results at all and feeling overwhelmed.

I started at the gym, bag of nerves, would hide on the treadmill and go home.

So I started to educate myself on how to lift properly, what exercises to do, nutrition and gained way more confidence whilst also losing a ton of weight and felt so much better mentally! I decided to take my personal training course because I saw how much exercise benefitted my mental health, also saw how much false information is spread and how it can affect people negatively. So wanted to be a part of the fitness industry to help change that!

I Want to help people not make the same mistakes and think they have to move to fad diets to lose weight and be miserable. To realise exercise is a great way to improve mental health and simply by changing daily habits you can achieve a lot! I want to help people grow their confidence in the gym, educate them to be able to make the right choices in regards to nutrition and make them feel happier with themselves.

And I’ll make them laugh at the same time as doing all this which is a massive bonus."
