I have trained with Revolution now for over 13 years. Which for many people would be longer than a marriage! It’s a fantastic environment in which to train with great P/T instructors who seek to inspire you.
During that 13 year period I have achieved many things which previously I would never have thought possible. This has included running 12 half marathons and the London marathon 4 times.
I came late to running and at the age of 42 decided to attempt the London marathon for the first time. My trainer gave me the courage to believe that this was possible despite having never run more than 3 miles previously. I was guided through the gruelling 14 week training programme with expert advice and support and whilst there were many times that I didn’t truly believe it was possible for me to complete such a feat, my trainer gave me the confidence and encouragement to keep focused and attain my goal.
The most important thing about training at revolution is that they make it both fun and realistic. They offer great advice not only on training programmes but also provide nutritional advice. Programmes are tailored to meet your individual needs and they just have that way of making you feel that anything is possible. Their passion for fitness is inspiring.
